Th3 Block Development purchases abandoned houses in Detroit and renovates them with the goal of “buying back the block.” Since founding Th3 Block Development in 2018, Alonzo Stallworth (King Yadee) and the team have renovated over 30 homes. So far, 5 homes and 4 lots have been acquired under the ownership of the company.
Th3 Block Development has been featured on Fox 2 News, WXYZ 7 News, a cover story in The Detroit Free Press, and highlighted in the 2021 State of the City Address delivered by Detroit’s Mayor Mike Duggan.
